A Wild Ride ~ The Web site
This month A Wild Ride: The Blog enjoyed many new readers and a large increase in comments (thanks to NaBloPoMo). But it seems that many visitors did not realize that the Blog is based on our Web site for white-knuckled parents.
Each month on the Web site, Mary Scribner and I choose a monthly theme. Then on the first of the month (or as close to the first as possible), we post stories, strategies, resources and answers to FAQs based on that theme.
Want to know what's new on A Wild Ride? Go to our home page and sign up for the free newsletter. A new issue will go out the first week in December.
In the meantime, check out the November edition that includes information such as Strategies for Before, During and After Parent-Teacher Conferences. There are also interesting and delightful stories from Gina Gallagher, co-author of Shut Up About Your Perfect Kid, and by author Karen L. Alaniz .
Happy Reading!
(I apologize if this is considered shameless self-promotion. I post it here simply because many of our readers are hungry for this type of information but may not realize how close at hand it is.)
